Miisa Mink is a branding professional, and award-winning leader and activist on diversity and the environment. With over three decades of experience from brand and concept development Miisa founded Design Agency TANGO, Finland's first international branding agency. She later expanded the agency to three further locations in Europe. She is also the founder of the NGO Saimaa ilman kaivoksia ry, which aims to protect Lake Saimaa from mining activities and the global women’s empowerment network, DrivenWoman Ltd.

A pioneer in bridging business and civil society, he brings over 20 years of experience in driving the sustainability transition — combining strategic communications, sustainable business, and societal impact .He has founded several initiatives that aim to address the climate crisis, such as ImpactOffice.earth, Compensate Foundation, and Protect Our Winters Finland.

She has served as EVP and Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer at OP Financial Group during a significant period of strategic transformation, Deputy CEO at Miltton, and Special Adviser to Cabinet Minister Pekka Haavisto.

Veera is a versatile marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in business development and strategic marketing planning. She has extensive expertise in multichannel marketing, brand management, and leveraging technology to create customer-centric and data-driven digital marketing. Veera combines hands-on experience with a strong ability to turn marketing efforts into measurable business results.

Jennifer has three decades of experience working across brand development, human-centred design, influence strategy, future scenarios, behaviour change and service design. Her clients have included the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Economist, Ford, Finland’s Foreign Ministry, GE, GSK, Heinz, IBM, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Kone, Merck, Microsoft, Nokia, Oracle, Pathfinder, Siemens, Sony and Shell Renewables. She has lived in 6 countries and greatly enjoys tackling complexity.
